Returns & Cancellations

As most of my products are personalised and bespoke, once work has started on your order, they are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact me as soon as possible and I will try to accommodate your request.

For non-personalised items, you have 14 days to notify me that you want to return or exchange the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.
